Geography

Boulevard Gardens is adjacent to the cities of Fort Lauderdale and Lauderhill, as well as to the CDP Washington Park.

Demographics

According to the 2010 census, the then 1,274 inhabitants distributed in 475 households. The population density was 1820.0 inh. / Km ². 2.8 % of the population were white, 94.3 % African American, 0.2% Native American and 0.0% Asian Americans. 0.6 % were members of other ethnic groups and 2.0% in different ethnic groups. 2.6% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.

In 2010, children under the age of 18 and 36.3 % of all households lived in 36.5 % of all households with persons at least 65 years. 70.4 % of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or a parent with offspring ). The average size of a household was 3.04 and the average family size is 3.65 people.
