Cooper City is a city in Broward County in the U.S. state of Florida with 28 547 inhabitants ( 2010). The geographic coordinates are: 26.05 ° North, 80.29 ° West. The metropolitan area has a size of 17.4 km ².

Geography

Cooper City is located about 15 km southwest of Fort Lauderdale and 25 km north of Miami. Adjacent municipalities are Hollywood, Davie, Pembroke Pines and Southwest Ranches.

Demographics
