Camblanes-et-Meynac
Camblanes -et- Meynac is a commune in the Gironde department in the region of Aquitaine. The municipality is located in the catchment area of the city of Bordeaux. While Camblanes -et- Meynac in 1962 still had 1285 inhabitants, is one you currently 2703 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011).
The municipality belongs to the canton in the Arrondissement Bordeaux Creon.
Climate

Community partnership
Between Camblanes -et- Meynac and the German community Nußdorf am Inn ( Bavaria ) since 1975, a community partnership. This has since been met by regular exchange visits, and since 2003 through an annual youth exchange with life. Since 1995 there is also a partnership with the kretonischen place Vori. In 2000, a festival with participants from all three communities in Camblanes -et- Meynac was held to celebrate the 25 and 5- year existence. During a joint week presented the French, German and Greek before each their culture with folklore groups and local food.
