The Caseyville Township is one of 22 townships in St. Clair County in the western part of the U.S. state of Illinois. In 2010, the Caseyville Township had 31 996 inhabitants.
The Township is located in the Metro - East called the eastern part of the metropolitan area of Greater St. Louis the city of St. Louis in neighboring Missouri.
Geography
The Township is located in the eastern suburban area of St. Louis. The Mississippi River, which forms the border with the state of Missouri is located around 20 km west of the township.
The Caseyville Township is located at 38 ° 37'05 " north latitude and 89 ° 59'08 " west longitude and extending over 56.49 km ².
The Township is located north of St. Clair County and is bordered to the north Madison County. Inside the St. Clair County borders the Caseyville Township on the east by the O'Fallon Township, to the southeast by the Shiloh Valley Township, on the south by St. Clair Township, to the southwest by Belleville and in the west to the Canteen Township.
Traffic
