Charlotte is a small town ( with a status of "City" ) in Clinton County in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Iowa. In 2010, Charlotte had 394 inhabitants.

Geography

Charlotte, the center of Waterford Township, is located at 41 ° 57'36 " north latitude and 90 ° 27'54 " west longitude and extending over 1.49 km ². The village is located about 25 kilometers west of the Mississippi River, which forms the border with Illinois. The Wisconsin border runs approximately 75 km to the north.
