Camanche is a small town ( with a status of "City" ) in Clinton County in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Iowa. In 2010 Camanche had 4448 inhabitants.

Geography

Camanche is located in the southern suburban area of the city of Clinton on the west bank of the Mississippi River, which forms the border with Illinois.
