Dinosaucers
The Astro- Dinos ( original title Dinosaucers ) is a US-amerikanische/Kanadischen animated series from the year 1987. It comprises 65 episodes.
The series aired on syndication in the United States in 1987 and in Germany in 1992 to Sat1.
Action
The four teenagers Ryan, his sister Sarah, Paul and David watch one night like a giant spaceship in the form of a pterosaur lands. Coming Out sophisticated dinosaurs who call themselves Astro Dinos and originate from the planet Reptilion. The teenage friends with the Astro- Dinos and found the secret Astro Club. As a member sign carries each of the four friends a ring that grants them at the touch of agility and serves as a radio. The Astro- Dinos traveled to Earth because their archenemies the Bane, who also descended from Reptilion, want to conquer the Earth. This results in exciting adventures.
Characters
The Astro- Dinos
The Astro- Dinos are developed dinosaurs from the planet Reptilion and have traveled to earth because the Bane want to conquer the Earth. You can reverse engineer their prehistoric ancestors when they press on their symbols, which is on their uniform. They consist of eight members.
- Allo is an evolved Allosaurus. He is the leader of Astro- Dinos. He is the nephew of Dino Dino Sorcerer and the Sorceress. On Reptilion he has a wife named Vera and a daughter named Alloette. For Allo only counts the cooperation and sets an ever- violence as a last resort.
- Tricero is an evolved Triceratops. On Retilion he was a good cop before he became a member of the Astro- Dinos. He is always Allo aside.
- Reparo (orig. dimetro ) is an evolved Dimetrodon. He is the engineer of the Astro- Dinos and repaired happy with Paul the machines.
- Bronto (orig. BrontoThunder ) is a developed Brontosaurus. He is the strongest of the Astro- Dinos and relies on his muscles. He is always willing to help his comrades and friends. He gets particularly in anger when Sarah is in great danger.
- Stego is an evolved Stegosaurus. He tends to be a little anxious, but in spite of all he helps his friends.
- Cephalometric (orig. Bonehead ) is an evolved Pachycephalosaurus. He is Allos nephew and tends to be somewhat gullible and childish. But he does everything to prove himself.
- Amphibio (orig. Ichy ) is an evolved Ichthyosaurus. He has the ability to converse with marine life, if he listens carefully. He is secretly in love with archeology.
- Archaeology (ISSN Teryx ) is a developed Archaeopteryx. On Reptilion she was an actress until she became a scientist and engineer of the Astro- Dinos. Archaeology familiar to Sarah that she is in love Amphibio. You would like to Amphibio confess her love, but she believes that a relationship would never work, because it is an Astro- Dino of the skies and Amphibio an astro - Dino of the water.
The secret Astro Scouts
The secret Astro Scouts consist of four friends and allies of the Astro- Dinos.

- Styraco is an evolved Styracosaurus. On Retilion he was a very bad dentist and the technician of Tyrannus.
- Plesio is an evolved Plesiosaurus. How Amphibio he also possessing the ability to converse with sea creatures.
- Quacko (orig. Quackpod ) is a developed Hadrosaurus. On Reptilion he was host of a TV show called Platypus. He is the joker of the Bane and likes to play pranks.
- Dactylo (orig. Terrible Dactyl ) is an evolved Pteranodon. He is the flying spy Bane.
Formation and Publications
The resulting DIC Entertainment in association with Ellipse programs television series was shown beginning in 1987-1988 on American television. It consisted of 65 episodes, written by very different authors. They included Diane Duane, Michael Uslan, SP Somtow and Bill Fawcett. The series was discontinued prematurely, however, and plans to complete the series with a large-scale toy line disappeared in the drawer, even though moments before the first prototypes of the game characters were presented.
The program and its characters were owned by Coca Cola, as the company had at the time of the series Columbia Pictures creation. The current rights occur after the purchase of Columbia at Sony Pictures Television.
In the United States, published articles in the series on four VHS tapes, which were published in 1994. Each of the cassettes contained two episodes of the series in non- chronological order. In the United Kingdom published in the same year two cassette PAL format, each containing five episodes. A release on DVD has never existed and there are also new volumes longer offered.
