EuropaCorp

EuropaCorp is a French film production and film distribution company founded in September 2000 by Luc Besson and Pierre- Ange Le Pogam. The company is listed on the French CAC Small.

Organization of society

The group is divided into nine areas:

• EuropaCorp Distribution: marketing of feature films in France. In regard to optimum propagation EuropaCorp has with 20th Century Fox and Pathé (FPE - Fox Pathé Europa Corp. ) in a GIE ( Economic Interest Grouping, French people society organizations).
• EuropaCorp diffusion: Publication and dissemination of videos in France
• EuropaCorp Music Publishing: Film Music Publishing
• Dog Productions: production of advertising films
• Intervista: publisher of print media
• Ydeo: Marketing Consulting
• Roissy Films: Catalog audiovisual rights
• Septième Choc: Comic Publisher
• EuropaCorp Japan: dissemination of films in Japan through a joint venture with Kadokawa, Sumitomo, Asmik, Cinema Gate / Mitsubishi.

The IPO of the company, with around 7000 individual shareholders approximately 70 million euros, which allow EuropaCorp to produce films with budgets up to 50 million euros.
