FC Liefering
The FC Liefering is a football club from the district of Salzburg Liefering. The club plays from the 2013/14 season in the First League, the second highest power level in Austria.
By 2012, he was called USK ( Union sports club) Anif, was located in Anif and also had the following sections: gymnastics, skiing, track and field, curling and tennis.

History
The establishment of the USK Anif is due solely female activity, with about ten women met for regular gym class in Schloßwirt hall and soon you dealt with the idea to start a club. On May 20, 1947 this project was realized and established the club as " gymnastic and sporting Union Anif ". The founding committee sat down with Maria Pichler, Ella Komposch, Elsa Maria Zyla and Gastager together consistently from women.
In the fall of foundation year one then already could watch male athletes who had conspired football. The enthusiasm for football was so big that you exercised regularly and played friendly matches against teams from neighboring communities. In the fall of 1948, the football section was founded within the existing association. More sections followed over the years. Interesting to note that at the General Assembly on January 8, 1949, the Board of Directors of the association with Richard Kohlenbacher, Hans Schwarz, Erwin Babůrek and Alois Grangl only from men.
The start of the Anifer footballer was successful, because in the first game of the year championship title was won in the 2nd category B, which includes many more titles in different leagues followed. By league Neueinteilungen Anif played from mid-50s to 1974 in the first class, or class country north and managed with the Master title in 1965 for the first time the rise in the national league, the one belonged initially for 4 years. By participating in this Liga 1978/79 became the club on regional notoriety, though not outstanding athletic achievements. From 2003 to 2012
For the 2003/ 04 season, the club played in the Regionalliga West, but had at the end of the season to realize that it was too weak and equal descent again. Since the 2007/ 08 season Anif is now firmly established in the West Regional. After the second team of FC Red Bull Salzburg to the 2009/10 season were relegated to the Regionalliga West and a resurgence due to the new Bundesliga statutes was no longer possible, Red Bull was looking for a co- association. The aim of this cooperation is the youth players of Red Bull Salzburg to allow a practice game in a higher league than the Regional and send them on the Red Bull soccer academy in Liefering. For the season 2010/11 a number of experienced players were brought to Anif with the financial help of Red Bull, such as Andreas Schrott, Manfred Pamminger, Patrick Mayer or U -20 World Cup hero Ingo Enzenberger to provide for the promotion to the First League. After the failed ascent the team was rebuilt, but still reached in the autumn season 2011/12, a top spot. At the end of the fall season coach Thomas Hofer left the club and moved on to league rivals SV Austria Salzburg. New coach, Michael Baur, the former assistant coach of LASK. In summer 2011 we installed the former Jamaican soccer player Craig Butler as chief scout. Butler himself is stellvertrender founder of the Phoenix All Stars Football Academy in Kingston, with its one since held an agreement on the exchange of youth players. Phoenix All Star acts since then as an international talent Academy of the association. So since then played several Jamaicans in the youth teams of the USK Anif, including active in Belgium professional football player KevVughn Atkinson addition Atkinson also played Kyle active in the European leagues Butler and Leon Bailey (both AFC Ajax Amsterdam). Renaming and Moving in 2012
At the general meeting on 28 June 2012, the members of USK Anif decided to rename the club in FC Liefering. The old Board of Directors was deposed and a new selected. In addition, virtually entered (up to the new board ) from the club and into a newly formed already 22 June 2011 club called FC Anif all of the more than 500 members. Background of this action was that the new FC Liefering should occur as an unofficial farm team of FC Red Bull Salzburg, because the second team, the Red Bull Juniors, must not ascend to the First League. The Salzburg won the home game against the Upper Austrian giants 2-0 and the away game 3-0 and thus managed to move up to the First League, the second power level in Austria, making it one of the top 20 football teams in the country.
With the rise in professional football, the club moves to the much larger Red Bull Arena. Instead of the sports ground Academy Liefering the home games will be held in Wals from 2013/14.
