Geography

Frommenhausen is located about 10 km southwest of Rottenburg am Neckar to the Gäuhochfläche in 369-493 meters altitude.

The district area of the village is 362 hectares. Of this amount, 73.4 % on agricultural land, 14.7% forest area, 9.4% to settlement and traffic area, and 1.9% to the rest of use.

History

On 1 January 1972 Frommenhausen was incorporated into the city of Rottenburg.
