The Hopkins Township is one of 22 townships in Whiteside County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Illinois. In 2010, the Hopkins Township had 2156 inhabitants.

Geography

The Hopkins Township is located in northwest Illinois on the north bank of the Rock River. The Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa is situated about 30 km west; the Wisconsin border is located about 80 km north.
