The Lyndon Township is one of 22 townships in Whiteside County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Illinois. In 2010, Lyndon Township had 1057 inhabitants.

Geography

The Lyndon Township is located in northwestern Illinois, on the north bank of the Rock River. The Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa, is situated about 30 km to the west. The border with Wisconsin is located around 95 km north.
