Konstanzer Straße (Berlin U-Bahn)

Metro Station Constance Street is a station of the Berlin U -Bahn line U7. It is located at the intersection of Brandenburg / Constance street in the Berlin district of Wilmersdorf, was opened on 28 April 1978 and is part of the first north-western extension of the U7. The station is called BVG internally Kn and that possesses an escalator, but no lift. It is therefore not accessible.

Building

The station was designed by Rainer G. Rümmler, with the coat of arms - eponymous for the road - the city of Constance is reflected in the color scheme. The extensive horizontal lines symbolize the speed of the subway.

As a result of the fire at the German Opera station, this station received a second starting in May 2008.

Connection

At the metro station is a transfer possibility of the U7 to bus line 101 to the Berlin public transport.
