Limbadi

Limbadi is a southern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3477 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Vibo Valentia in Calabria. The community is located about 17 kilometers southwest of Vibo Valentia. By the Tyrrhenian sea are approximately 5 km to the west. Limbadi is immediately adjacent to the province of Reggio Calabria.

History

The community owes its existence to the rebuilding of communities after the earthquake of 1783.
