Maria Guinot
Maria Guinot ( born June 20, 1945 in Lisbon ) is a Portuguese singer.
She has published in the late 1960s first two EPs, then followed a long pause. After participating in the Festival da Canção 1981, in which she finished third, they won the Portuguese pre-selection in 1984 and was therefore entitled to the Concours Euro Vision Song Contest 1984 in Luxembourg compete for their country. With her self-penned ballad Silêncio e tanta gente they reached number 11
