Niko Eeckhout

Niko Eeckhout (born 16 December 1970 Izegem ) is a former Belgian racing cyclist and current sports director.

Eeckhout was 1993 Palmans - Collstrop professional. He was considered a strong sprint classic specialist and was particularly in Belgium and the Netherlands discharged one-day races such as Dwars door Vlaanderen, Vlaanderen and Memorial Rik van Kampioenschap Van Steenbergen successful.

At the end of the 2013 season, he finished at the age of 42 years after 21 professional seasons, his career as a professional cyclist and joined the management team at his last post Chain Reaction.
