Pervaya Liga (Soviet Union)

The Perwaja League (Russian Первая лига, translated " First League ", since 2010 actually russian Первенство России среди клубных команд регионов ) since 1996, the third-highest ice hockey league in Russia after the first class Kontinental Hockey League ( KHL ) and the second-rate Wysschaja Hockey League ( WHL).
