Petar Dachev

Petar Datschew ( Bulgarian Петър Дачев, English transcription Petar Dachev, . Born June 15, 1979 in Trojan ) is a retired Bulgarian long jumper.

In 1998 he became junior world champion and won bronze at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest. In 2000 he won at the European Indoor Championships in Ghent and finished in eleventh place at the Olympic Games in Sydney.

In 2002 he gained a bronze medal at the European Indoor Championships in Vienna, but different at the European Championships in Munich without a valid attempt. The following year he finished sixth at the World Indoor Championships in Birmingham. At the 2003 World Championships in Paris / Saint- Denis and at the Olympic Games in Athens, he was eliminated in the qualifying.

2000, 2002 and 2003, he was national champion in the open, in 1998, 2001-2003 and 2006 in the hall.
