Rowing at the 2012 Summer Olympics – Women's quadruple sculls
The rowing competition in the quadruple sculls of women in the 2012 Olympics in London was held from July 28 to August 3, 2012 at the Dorney Lake. 32 athletes in eight boats came on.
The regatta, which was held over 2,000 meters, began with two preliminary heats. The boats at No. 1 qualified directly for the finals, the others had in the repechage. Here, the first four boats qualified for the final, the other came in the B-final in which the courts 7 and 8 were determined.

The rudder blade New Zealander Louise Trappitt broke about 500 meters before the finish. At the time the boat was in third position.

The finale was the first Olympic victory of a Ukrainian boat in the quadruple sculls of women. For the first time there was a medal for a U.S. boat in this class of boat.
