SCORE ( 20th Anniversary World Tour ) is the fifth live album by the American progressive metal band Dream Theater. It is also the anniversary album for 20 - year existence of the band and the final concert of the Octavarium World Tour from 1 April 2006 from Radio City Music Hall in New York. The album's title is a play on words, "Score " means both score and is an old English counting measure for 20
The concert
The concert was held under the motto " A Very Special Evening with Dream Theater ". It is structured as follows: First, a so-called " Outro Intro Tape" the instrumental end of the song " In the Name of God" of the penultimate studio album, Train of Thought, recorded. It follows a smooth transition into the first song of Octavarium: " The Root Of All Evil".
Of the nearly three -hour long concert will be approximately one and a half playing with the Octavarium Orchestra. Dream Theater played by almost every album is a song:

- Of Images and Words: " Under a Glass Moon "
- Awake: "Innocence Faded "
- Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory: "The Spirit Carries On "
- Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence: the title track with orchestral accompaniment
- Train of Thought: " Vacant " ( with orchestra)
- Various songs of the album Octavarium.
In addition, two unreleased songs can be found on this live album. "Another Won " was already under the previous name of the band Majesty. "Raise the Knife " comes from the Falling -into- infinity session, but did not find their way onto the album.
