Selvazzano Dentro
Selvazzano Dentro is a Northeast Italian municipality ( comune ) with 22.310 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Province of Padua in Veneto. The community is located about five kilometers west-southwest of Padua on Bacchiglione.
History
Archaeological finds point to a first settlement back in the Bronze Age (ca. 12th century BC ). In antiquity and the Middle Ages is towed from here on the Bacchiglione. With the rise of the Republic of Venice Selvazzano Dentro 1405 is part of the dominion.
