Unisan, Quezon

Unisan is a Philippine municipality in the province of Quezon, in the administrative region IV, Calabarzon. It has 25 186 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 36 barangays. It is classified as the fourth income class municipality in the Philippines.

Unisan located in the northeast of the bay of Tayabas, on the Bondoc Peninsula. On its coast are smaller mangrove forests. Your neighboring municipalities are Atimonan in the north, Pitogo the southeast, Gumaca in the east. The topography of the city is characterized by flatlands, rolling hills and mountainous landscapes.

In the village there is a campus of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
