Uruguayan general election, 2004

The presidential and parliamentary elections in Uruguay in 2004 found on Sunday, 31 October 2004.

There the president, the vice president, 30 senators and 99 deputies were elected. The winner Tabaré Vázquez received 50.45 % of the votes and thus reached the absolute majority. A runoff election was so far unnecessary.
