Vinci, S. A. (Proper spelling in general VINCI ) is a listed French construction company and world leader in construction, concessions and construction related services. In the European Bauranking the Group is on the first place.

History

The company was founded in 1899 by civil engineers Alexandre Giros and Louis Loucheur under the name Société Générale d'Entreprises (SGE ), such as " General corporate society". 2000, the company changed its name to Vinci. Vinci, with its four divisions of the world's biggest company for construction and construction-related services. 2010 generated Vinci with its approximately 180,000 employees € 33 billion turnover.

Vinci is listed on the Euro Next Stock Exchange and is a component of the CAC 40 stock market indices and EURO STOXX 50

Vinci Autoroutes

Vinci Autoroutes is a motorway company, which manages 4385 kilometers with over half of the motorways in France. These include the subsidiaries ASF, Cofiroute, Escota and Arcour.

Vinci Concessions develops and operates transport infrastructure and public facilities in nearly twenty countries.

  • Vinci Airports operates nine airports in France, 3 airports in Cambodia and in 2013 seven airports in Portugal. For 95 percent of the capital of ANA Aero Porto de Portugal, the Portuguese public airport company, Vinci pay 3.08 billion euros.
  • Vinci Concessions operates highways, roads and tunnels in 9 countries, including areas of the A4 near Eisenach, A5 and A9. In addition, railroads, public utilities, bridges and tunnels.

Vinci Energies
