1974–75 Norwegian 1. Divisjon season
The season 1974/75 was the 36th season of the first divisjon, the highest Norwegian ice hockey league. Champion for the first time in club history in general Frisk Asker. Sparta Sarpsborg and Lørenskog IK descended to the second division.

Mode
In the main round each of the ten teams played a total of 18 games. The top six teams qualified for the final round, the First Place Champion. The remaining four teams had to play in the relegation round, descended whose two last placed in the second division. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
