2000 FIVB Volleyball World League
The 2000 season of the Volleyball World League was the eleventh edition of the competition. It began on May 26 and ended on July 16. Italy won the title for the eighth time.
Mode
The preliminary ( " intercontinental round ") was carried out in three groups of four teams. The top two teams from each group should qualify for the final round. As the host Netherlands Last but group was the second group B did not come on. The two best teams in the final round, reach the final, the third and fourth group of six played for third place.
