2001 FIVB Volleyball World League
The 2001 season of the Volleyball World League was the twelfth edition of the competition. It began on May 11 and ended on June 30. Brazil won the title for the second time.
Mode
The preliminary ( " intercontinental round " ) was held in four groups of four teams. The top two teams in each group qualified for the final round. There she played in two groups of four. The two best teams in the final two groups reached the semi-finals.
