1999 FIVB Volleyball World League
The 1999 season of the Volleyball World League was the tenth edition of the competition. It began on May 28 and ended on July 17. Italy won the title for the seventh time.
Mode
The preliminary ( " intercontinental round ") was carried out in three groups of four teams. The top two teams from each group should qualify for the final round. Since the hosts Argentina, however, only third in the group, was the second of the group C did not come on.
