Canton of Audruicq

The Canton Audruicq is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Saint- Omer in the Pas -de- Calais and in the Nord -Pas -de- Calais; its chief town is Audruicq. Representatives of the General Council of the department since 2004 Olivier Majewicz.

Geography

The Canton Audruicq is 20,310 acres ( 203.10 km ²) in size and has 23,068 inhabitants (as of 1999), which corresponds to a population density of approximately 113 inhabitants per km ². He is on average 6 meters above sea level, between 0 meters in Oye -Plage and 64 meters in Ruminghem.
