Canton of Lillers

The Canton Lillers is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Béthune, in Pas- de -Calais and in the Nord -Pas -de- Calais; its chief town is Lillers. Representatives of the General Council of the department since 2002 Lucien Andries.

The Canton Lillers is 10,847 acres ( 108.47 km ²) in size and has (2006) 22,590 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 208 inhabitants per km ². He is on average 22 meters above sea level, between 13 meters in Calonne- sur -la -Lys and 88 meters in Lillers.
