Canton of Le Parcq

The Canton of Le Parcq is a French canton in the arrondissement of Montreuil in Pas- de -Calais and in the Nord -Pas -de- Calais; its chief town is Le Parcq. Representatives of the General Council of the department since 2004, Jean -Claude Darque.

As part of an administrative reform of the Canton of Le Parcq changed on 1 January 2007 of Arras arrondissement to arrondissement of Montreuil.

The Canton of Le Parcq is 16,704 acres ( 167.04 km ²) in size and has (2006) 7632 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 46 inhabitants per km ². He is on average 72 meters above sea level, between 25 meters and 142 meters in Grigny in Agincourt.
