Canton of Avion

The Canton of Avion is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Lens, in the Pas -de- Calais and in the Nord -Pas -de -Calais. Its main town is Avion. Representatives of the General Council of the department since 2011, Jean -Marc Tellier.

The Canton of Avion difference as the Canton Rouvroy as of the end of 2006 from the Arras arrondissement, is since 1 January 2007, the arrondissement Lens.
