Farra di Soligo

Farra di Soligo is a Northeast Italian municipality ( comune ) with 8987 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Treviso in Veneto. The municipality is situated approximately 28 kilometers north-northwest of Treviso. The northeastern boundary of the municipality is the Soligo. Farra di Soligo is part of the Comunità montana delle Prealpi Trevigiane.

History

The small Romanesque church at the Col San Martino ( in the same district ) was built around 1100.

Economy

On the hills is wine, especially planted for Prosecco production.
