Haines is a small town at the northern end of the Chilkat Peninsula, Alaska (USA) and as the administrative seat and only municipality of the Haines Borough.

In addition to Skagway Haines is the only achievable by land port of the Alaska Panhandle. Here ends the Haines Highway, which branches off at Haines Junction in the Yukon Territory of Alaska Highway.
