Helge Brendryen

Helge Brendryen ( born February 17, 1972) is a former Norwegian ski jumper.

Brendryen jumped from 1991 in Ski Jumping Continental Cup. After good results in his first season in 1991/92 he made his debut on December 5, 1992 in the Ski Jumping World Cup. When jumping in Falun, he jumped here on the 23th Place. On 30 January 1993, he reached the ski flying event at Kulm in 10th place for the first time a place among the top ten. In the Nordic World Ski Championships 1993, he won the team event together with Bjørn Myrbakken, Øyvind Berg and Espen Bredesen the gold medal. Shortly afterwards, he finished his first World Cup season 1992/93 on the 35th place in the overall World Cup standings.
