Kham Sakaesaeng District

Amphoe Kham Sakaesaeng ( Thai: อำเภอ ขามสะแกแสง ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the north of the province of Nakhon Ratchasima. The Nakhon Ratchasima province is located in the northeast region of Thailand, the so-called Isaan.

Geography

Amphoe Kham Sakaesaeng borders the following districts (from north clockwise): Amphoe Khong to the, Non Sung Non Thai Phra Thong Kham and. All Amphoe located in the province of Nakhon Ratchasima.

History

Kham Sakaesaeng was posted on November 25, 1968 initially as a small district ( King Amphoe ) was established by the two tambon Kham Mueang Sakaesaeng and Nat were separated from Amphoe Non Sung. On June 28, 1973, he was officially promoted to Amphoe.

Management

Amphoe Kham Sakaesaeng is divided into seven subdistricts ( tambon), which in turn have together 72 municipalities ( Muban ).

There are three small towns ( thesaban tambon) in the district:

  • Kham Sakae Saeng ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ขามสะแกแสง ), consisting of parts of the tambon Kham Sakae Saeng
  • Nong Hua Fan ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล หนอง หัว ฟาน ), consisting of parts of the tambon Nong Hua Fan and Mueang Nat,
  • Non Mueang ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล โนน เมือง ), consisting of the whole tambon Non Mueang.

There are also six administrative organizations ( " Tambon Administrative Organizations" - TAO, Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล ).
