The list of the largest companies in Sweden contains published by Forbes Magazine in the Forbes Global 2000 list of the largest listed companies in Sweden. The often cited as one of the largest companies in Sweden called IKEA ( 2011 sales of EUR 24.7 billion) is headquartered in Leiden, Netherlands.

The ranking of the annual list of the 2,000 largest publicly traded companies in the world is calculated from a combination of sales, net profits, assets and market value. The rankings of the companies were tallied in the equally weighted categories to a rank. Listed in the table are also the head, the number of employees and the industry. The figures are in billions of U.S. dollars and are for the fiscal year 2011, the market value on the market price in April 2012.
