Muscoda is a municipality ( with a status of "Village" ) in Grant County and to a lesser extent in Iowa County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In 2010, Muscoda had 1299 inhabitants.

Geography

Muscoda is located in southwest Wisconsin on the south shore of the Wisconsin River, a left tributary of the Mississippi. Located on the Mississippi intersection of the three states of Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin is located 97 km north-west. After Illinois, there are 87 kilometers to the south.
