Osimo

Osimo is a municipality in the Italian Marche, in the province of Ancona with 34 411 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012).

The place is known especially for the on 10 November 1975 signed the Treaty of Osimo here, with the border between Italy and Yugoslavia was finally fixed.

1663 died St. Joseph of Cupertino, patron of the city, in Osimo.
