Piet Kruiver

Piet Kruiver, 1966

Piet Kruiver ( born January 5, 1938 in polder aan de Zaan, North Holland province, † March 18, 1989 in Amsterdam) was a Dutch football player.

Career

Kruiver 's career began at PSV Eindhoven before moving to Italian club Vicenza Calcio. His greatest successes he could celebrate with Feyenoord Rotterdam, when he took the double with the club in 1965 and was in the following season along with Willy van der Kuijlen Torschützkönig the Dutch Eredivisie.

In the years 1957-1965 Kruiver played a total of 22 times for the Dutch national football team, scoring 12 goals.
