Shawn Belle

Shawn James Robert Belle ( born January 3, 1985 in Edmonton, Alberta ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since June 2013 at the Färjestad BK from the Svenska Hockey ligands under contract.

Career

Belle first played at the Knights of Columbus Squires, before he came over the Regina Pats of the Western Hockey League, who had selected him in the WHL Bantam Draft in 2000 in the first round to tenth place in 2000 to League rival Tri -City Americans. During the World U -17 Hockey Challenge, 2002 and the U20 World Youth Championship 2004 he won a silver medal in the U18 Junior World Championship 2003, U20 and Junior World Championship 2005 Belle became world champion with maple leaves. He was also a member of Team Canada at the German Cup in 2012, which consisted almost entirely of players in the DEL.
