Thierry Omeyer ( born November 2, 1976 in Mulhouse, France ) is a French handball goalkeeper who plays for French club Montpellier AHB. In 2008 he was elected World Handball Player. He is a Knight of the French Legion of Honour and Officer of the French National Order of Merit.

Career

Association

With Montpellier HB Omeyer won five French championships and cup titles. In 2003 he was with Montpellier Champions League winners.
