Unión de San Antonio is a municipality in the Mexican state of Jalisco in the Región Altos Norte. The municipality had the Census 2010 17.325 inhabitants; the area of ​​the Municipalities is 730.7 km ².

Greatest place in the municipality and administrative headquarters is the same Unión de San Antonio. Other cities with at least 1,000 inhabitants are Tlacuitapan and San José del Caliche. The municipality comprises a total of 144 villages.

The municipality of Unión de San Antonio borders the Municipalities of San Juan de los Lagos, Lagos de Moreno, San Diego de Alejandria and San Julián, as well as to the state of Guanajuato.

The municipal area is mostly at 1800 m to 2200 m altitude. About 45 % of the municipal area is used for agriculture, 35 % of the area is pasture land, 17 % is forested.
