1994–95 Czech Extraliga season
The season 1994/95 was the second regular hosting of the Czech Extraliga. In the play-off final, the Movers HC Dadák Vsetín sat with 3-1 against by the AC ZPS Zlín. In the first league of the Czech Republic HC Kometa Brno and TZ Třinec won their respective play-off semi-finals and were able to ascend to the Extraliga in the league increase.

Mode
In 44 games, all teams play against each other four times each, each team throughout the season 22 home and 22 away games. The teams ranked 1-8 qualify directly for the play- offs, which will be played in best-of -five mode. At the end of the season no relegation takes place because the Extraliga should be increased to two clubs. Therefore 9-12 discharged from the teams ranked a double round of the entrainment of the points around ninth place.

The crew of the HC Dadák Vsetín, who was only a year earlier risen, sat down against AC ZPS Zlín 3-1 by winning the first title in club history. The coach Horst Valasek managed to build up a homogeneous team. The President of the HC Vsetín, the former player Petr Husicka committed before the season the Star Tomáš Sršeň, who had already played with the Edmonton Oilers. Other guarantors for this success was the Goalkeeper of the Year, Roman Cechmanek, and defender Antonín Stavjaňa.
