1996 German Athletics Championships

The 96th German Athletics Championships were held in June 1996 in Cologne.

The Championships, which were held in wet and cold weather conditions, made ​​for the German athletes the final qualifying opportunity for the upcoming Olympic Games in the same year in Atlanta.
