Albuquerque Six-Guns

The Albuquerque Six Guns were an American ice hockey franchise of the Central Hockey League in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

History

The Albuquerque Six Guns took to the 1973/74 season the game operating in the Central Hockey League on. In her only season the team only reached 16 wins in 72 games, which they finished sixth and thus last place in the league. As one of the two teams they missed the playoffs for the following Adams Cup and after only one season, the franchise was dissolved.

It took over two decades to the New Mexico Scorpions of the Western Professional Hockey League in 1996 again a pro team was based in Albuquerque.
