Bueng Bun District
Amphoe Bueng Bun ( in Thai อำเภอ บึง บูร พ์ ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the province of Si Saket. The Si Saket province is located in the northeast region of Thailand, the so-called Isaan.
Geography
Amphoe Bueng Bun borders the following districts (of node clockwise): Amphoe Rasi Salai to, and Pho Si Suwan Uthumphon Phisai in the province of Si Saket, as well as Amphoe Rattanaburi the province of Surin.
History
Bueng Bun was born on July 18, 1988 initially as Kleinbezik ( King Amphoe ) was established by the four Tambon Po, Dot, Siao and Nong Ma were separated from Amphoe Uthumphon Phisai. 1979, all Tambon were up to Po assigned back to Uthumphon Phisai. On July 4, 1994 Bueng Bun has been promoted to Amphoe.
Management
Amphoe Bueng Bun is ( tambon) divided into two municipalities, which in turn in 25 villages ( Muban ) are divided.
There is a small town ( thesaban tambon) in the district:
- Bueng Bun ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล บึง บูร พ์ ), consisting of the whole tambon Bueng Bun and parts of tambon Po.
There is also a " Tambon Administrative Organization" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - Administrative Organisation) in the district.
