Castiglione delle Stiviere

Castiglione delle Stiviere is a city south of Lake Garda in the province of Mantua in Italy. It has 22,583 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2012) and an area of ​​42 km ².

History

In the vicinity of the site the Battle of Castiglione took place on August 5, 1796.
