Colin Peter Greening ( born March 9, 1986 in St. John's, Newfoundland ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since April 2010 when the Ottawa Senators in the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Greening was initially active for the St. John 's Maple Leafs Midget AAA from the unterklassigen Canadian junior league Newfoundland & Labrador Major Midget Hockey League from 2002 to 2003. The following two years he was on the ice hockey team, the Toronto private school Upper Canada College on the ice and reached for them in the Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association to a total of 87 missions in which the links Sagittarius recorded 119 points scorer. Subsequently, he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2005 in the seventh round in a total of 204 position of the Ottawa Senators. His first NHL game played Greening in the same season - on 1 February 2011 in the away game against the New Jersey Devils - and scored on his eighth NHL application on 3 March 2011 against the Atlanta Thrashers his first goal. In May 2011, the Canadians put his signature under a new three-year contract - a one-way contract - with the organization of the Ottawa Senators. During the 2011/12 season, the striker earned a place in the NHL squad of locals and also adopted in January 2012 at the NHL All-Star Game Super Skills Competition of the best rookies in part.
