Dan Fritsche
Dan Fritsche ( born July 13, 1985 in Parma, Ohio ) is an American professional ice hockey player who is since October 2013 at the ZSC Lions in the National League A under contract. His brother Tom is also a professional hockey player.

Career
Fritsche played in his junior time for the Sarnia Sting, London Knights and in his hometown for the local club Parma Flyers. Fritsche is the third player the Flyers, who has made the jump to the NHL after Brian Holzinger and Michael Rupp.
For Team USA, he won in 2004 at the IIHF World Junior Championship gold medal.
Fritsche was selected at the NHL Entry Draft in 2003 in the second round by a total of 46 position of the Columbus Blue Jackets. After five years and four seasons with the Blue Jackets Fritsche was transferred on July 2, 2008, together with Nikolai Scherdew to his current club to New York. The Blue Jackets received from the Rangers Fyodor Tjutin and Christian Bäckman. But the striker was only about half a year in the organization of the Rangers since he was transferred on 29 January 2009 for defender Erik Reitz to the Minnesota Wild. At the beginning of the season 2009/10 Fritsche initially found no new employer in the NHL, then took him shortly after the start of the season, the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League contract. In October 2010, Fritsche signed the HC Servette Genève in the National League A. In the 2013/14 season changed Fritsche for HC Lugano, after he had signed a three-year contract in November 2012.
